Greenwood was a development of 75,000sqft of B8 storage and a new office headquarters building in the countryside in Wellow, Hampshire for our client LeMieux.
LeMieux are high end retailers of equestrian products and have been listed in The Sunday Times as one of the hundred fastest growing private companies in the UK. In May 2023, they acquired a former poultry farm in Wellow, near Romsey, to establish a logistics HQ for their worldwide operation. Despite the rural location, and challenging timescales, we were able to demonstrate the benefits of the proposals to the local rural economy, and through collaboration with officers at Test Valley Borough Council we managed to secure permission under delegated powers.
