On behalf of MEPC, Pro Vision led the renewal of the Milton Park Local Development Order helping to attract more investment to one of the UK’s premier R&D locations.
Pro Vision led the renewal of the LDO for Milton Park Business Park, one the premier locations in the UK for science and technology companies.
This included working closely with the LPA to update the development parameters, including land use zones, building heights and design guidance, to roll forward the successful simplified planning regime to 2041, seeking to boost further inward investment especially in R&D.
