Newbury College

This project involved the design of a new ALDI store, housing and care home on a site in the grounds of Newbury College in Newbury, Berkshire.

The project was for a mixed use scheme which included 85 dwellings, a residential care home, an electric vehicle charging station and the ALDI store.

The scheme sought to make use of unused land within the curtilage of Newbury College to create a scheme that would act as a gateway for people travelling into Newbury.

The project involved working with local stakeholders including the college and Greenham Trust to create a development that would fit in with the contemporary style of development within the college whilst providing important facilities for local residents which include the supermarket.

Pro Vision worked on the scheme from the outset developing the design which is currently awaiting approval.
