White Horse

The White Horse was a development of four new houses on a site in Hermitage, Hampshire.

At the front of the site was a pub which had a large rear garden, much of which was unused. The scheme sought to propose an infill development that would gain its access round the side of the pub, maintaining an area of pub garden, whilst providing a small development of high quality housing.

The scheme was proposed a terrace of three houses and a separate flat over parking. The scheme sought to reflect and respect the design of housing in the area, proposing a scheme that met the client’s expectations and the approval of the Local Authority.

Pro Vision worked on the scheme from its inception with our Town Planners, Architects and Ecologists successfully able to help the client achieve a planning consent.
