Gareth Johns

Gareth is a chartered town planner with a strong track record of delivering planning permissions across a range of developments, including residential, commercial and rural schemes.

Gareth has experience of all aspects of the planning process from advising clients on development potential, and preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals. He is also adept at promoting client’s land interests through the development plan process.

Gareth was elected as a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2014 and joined Pro Vision in October 2020. He has over a decades experience working predominantly in the private sector. He joined from a national house builder and previously spent six years at Savills Reading office.

Outside work, Gareth enjoys sport and is an avid supporter of the Welsh Rugby Team.
