James Iles

James joined Pro Vision in 2016 and has been a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2009. He has been a director since 2020.

He is a versatile planner with experience across many development sectors, including residential, commercial, higher education, and leisure/tourism. His experience includes projects across the UK, including private and public sector schemes and private/public sector collaborations on Simplified Planning Zones and Local Development Orders. James also has five years of experience in local government, including preparing local development plans.

James is experienced in providing strategic planning advice, coordinating and submitting planning applications, local plan representations, appeals, and briefing Counsel, as well as public exhibitions and stakeholder consultations.

He is a keen cricketer and football fan and loves the outdoors.
