Kirstin Sullivan

BA (Hons), MSc, MRTPI
Associate Director - Planning

Kirstin initially qualified as an Interior Designer gaining a BA (Hons) Degree at Bournemouth University in 2008.

After graduating from Bournemouth she moved into a role as an Assistant Planning Officer at West Berkshire Council, where she retrained as a Town Planner studying part-time at Oxford Brookes University to obtain her MSc in Spatial Planning.

Kirstin was awarded the Barton Willmore Partnership Prize 2012/2013 for best individual study for her MSc dissertation on Townscape.

In 2014, after almost 6 years as a Local Authority Planning Officer, Kirstin joined Pro Vision as a Planning Consultant and became an Associate Director in 2019. During her time at Pro Vision, Kirstin joined the Royal Town Planning Institute before obtaining status as a Chartered Town Planner in 2018.

Kirstin has experience in working on a variety of schemes and is experienced in the preparation and submission of planning applications for small and large-scale residential schemes, rural planning including rural diversification, as well as public exhibitions and the promotion of sites through the development plan system.
