Senior Architect

Martin is a Chartered Architect with experience working on a wide variety of projects.

After graduating from the Birmingham School of Architecture in 2008, Martin volunteered with Friends of the Earth, planning the renovation of their Birmingham premises, which became the first public building in the city to install a biomass system. He later gained his Master’s at the University of Portsmouth where he was awarded the Hayes Prize for his thesis, (exploring the symbiotic relationship between the built environment and its music,) and completed his Part 3 Diploma at Kingston.

Since joining Pro Vision in 2015, Martin has worked on a range of projects from residential to commercial and industrial schemes, and has overseen the successful completion of new-builds as well as conversions of historic listed buildings. He enjoys exploring the potential of emerging technologies, such as 3D-Printing and Virtual Reality, as a design tool and presentation medium.

Outside of work, Martin enjoys elaborate DIY projects, which have included building his own wood-fired pizza oven and casting swords using authentic bronze-age techniques.
