Megan Downes

Megan holds a First Class BSc (Hons) Degree in Property Development and Planning.  She became an Associate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) at the end of 2023 and is working towards Chartership.

After graduating from Birmingham City University in 2021, Megan gained valuable experience working on the delivery of rural developments, specifically bespoke, countryside dwellings.

Megan is fuelled by her passion and interest for planning and conscientiously directs time towards her continued professional and personal development.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys running, long walks in the countryside and spending time with friends and family.
