Pinchington Lane was a scheme for a block 42 flats in Greenham near Newbury.
The scheme sits on the corner of a busy road and seeks to address the public front providing a key entrance feature at the corner of a larger residential site that continues behind it.
The scheme accommodates both open market and affordable units and seeks to draw on and use a contemporary building palette responding to the site’s context adjacent to a modern retail park.
Pro Vision worked on the scheme from conception and has achieved detailed planning consent for the design. The scheme is currently being built out.
