Bath Road is a scheme for the redevelopment of an underutilised and prominent commercial site on a gateway route into Slough town centre.
It provides a five-storey block of 75 one and two-bedroom apartments with undercroft parking, bringing new residents to the location and helping to stimulate the wider regeneration of this area.
The scheme, for Feltham Properties, had to deal appropriately with the loss of two existing businesses, issues of scale and access while demonstrating the benefits of high-density development in an out of centre but well-connected part of the town and how it would help reduce the shortfall in new homes.
Pro Vision provided planning consultancy and early concept design services. The revised scheme was granted outline planning permission in May 2020.
