Cooper Estates is a property investment and development company founded in 1933 and based in Longfield, Kent, which has a varied portfolio of land and interests across the UK.
Pro Vision has worked with Cooper Estates for a number of years assisting them in developing land holdings, primarily in the Kent region.
Managing and working closely with a wide team of consultants and the Local Authorities in the region, Pro Vision has promoted land through the Local Plan process, prepared and managed planning applications, and secured planning permission at the local level and on appeal for a variety of developments of varying scales. In doing so, we have been able to use the combined abilities of our Town Planners, Architects and Urban Designers, to design carefully considered schemes that respond to the needs of the community and to assist Cooper Estates maximise the value of their land interests.
