Hadlow

This scheme was a development of 101 houses and flats on a site in Hadlow, Kent. The site was on the northern edge of the town and was well contained by boundary planting.

The proposals sought to deliver a scheme that, whilst on the green belt, would mitigate any potential harms and would deliver substantial benefits to the town and surrounding houses by providing significantly excess Biodiversity Net Gain, providing play areas and open space, providing much needed additional parking for nearby existing residents and providing significant new flood attenuation features that would seek to help prevent the surrounding area from future flooding which had been an issue in the area in the past.

The scheme was sensitively designed, responsive to the needs and concerns of the community around and with high quality and generously sized affordable and open market homes proposed to help meet local needs.

Pro Vision’s teams of Town Planner and Architects have worked on the project from its inception managing a large consultant team. At present the planning permission for the scheme is pending.
