On behalf of CALA Homes, we have been promoting land in Hungerford for strategic housing development, providing planning and master planning services. The land is within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Following outline permission for up to 100 homes, additional land is now being promoted through active engagement with emerging Hungerford Neighbourhood Plan and West Berkshire Local Plan process. This has included setting a clear vision for the land and how it would help deliver the priorities identified by the local community and presenting the vision to the Town Council
