A strategic land promotion on behalf of the landowner to assist with Hart District Council’s search for a new settlement through its emerging local plan.
Pro Vision provided planning and master planning services to assess the constraints and opportunities for the green field site and prepare a vision for a new settlement of around 1,000 homes. This included a formal presentation of the vision to the Council.
Following a change in the Council’s proposed spatial strategy, the site was not progressed beyond the vision stage.
